This is a very nice property. The cleaners were still there, and taking up multiple parking spaces with their truck..Also, with three floors, it would have been nice if the elevator has worked. On the positive side, the management did have some people there to help us with luggage. The kitchen was decently appointed, except it lacked even basic spices, and the hose sprayer would spray you. They came and worked on that, and on the elevator, but didnt fix either thing permanently. Pretty disappointing.

Family Celebration

What a perfect beach house for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration with our children and grandchildren! The view alone would have made the week special for all of us, but then there was the comfortable spaciousness of the gathering spaces, the fabulously supplied kitchen, the bedroom configurations, the cupboard full of games, the easy access to the pool, beach, and village...all adding up to a beautiful family memory.

Nice house

We had six adults and four children and it was very comfortable to stay at the house. The owners have the house furnished with everything you would need for your stay. The only complaint is that it is a long walk to the beach and we had one person Who has trouble walking?

Perfect home in the perfect location

We were blown away with this gorgeous beachfront property. The views were spectacular on all levels, the location was central to everything and ideal for beach access, including easy access to sunrise and sunset swims, and the front deck was the perfect place to enjoy at all times! The home was well stocked... there was not a thing that I would have changed! We had three generations, including 4 under 16 and 4 over 70. All were able to enjoy whatever their activity level allowed. Thank you thank you!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

A few hiccups, but overall a good experience!

Beautiful home with a wonderful main floor. Great location and lovely decor too! The property management team was a pleasure to work with as well. However, most of the kitchen items were quite unclean and had to be rewashed before use. There was a actually food left on cooking utensils which was a bit gross. There were stains on some furniture and lamps/hooks in the house were broken. Also, asking guests to strip beds is inappropriate. Other than these house keeping issues, it was a really nice stay!

Fabulous Family Vacay

We stayed at the Beach Lawn Cottage for our annual family vacation. Our family ages range from 69 yrs old to 5 months old. The “Cottage” was the perfect place to call home for the week. There was enough space for everyone to spread out and the proximity to the ocean and pool was ideal. We were all sad when it was time to pack up and say goodbye. We highly recommend this beautiful cottage.

Great Family Gathering Venue

A perfect venue for a long weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house has a great view of the beach, is perfectly located, roomy and very comfortable. The master suite is wonderful, and the other bedrooms are quite comfortable.

Fantastic Beach Cottage

We had a great time at this cottage. Location was only a short walk to the pool and beach. The house was clean and in great shape. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and for outside grilling. Also had beach chairs, sand toys and paddle board! A minor leak with the master shower but PM was on it. It was looked at and fixed in the same day. Definitely recommend a golf cart for the short ride to the little town. We will be back another year to this specific cottage!

Oh my! Stunning house, fabulous views, amazing "great room"!!

We rented the Beach Lawn cottage for a family reunion/birthday treat for my mother, 85, and her sister, 80, and what a treat it is. We've rented oceanfront properties in other states before, but nothing like the Beach Lawn. It's high celings and white shiplap walls and dark wood floors make you feel like you are in an oceanfront cathedral. The second floor, the Great room as I was calling it, has a stunning view of the ocean when you walk in, that my my 83-year-old aunt say "oh my word!." This room has a fabulous, well-stocked kitchen with ice maker, two ovens, dishes, utensils, ice buckets, and more. All of the chairs are comfy, have ocean views, and the tv was cutting edge. So spacious. Dozens of beach towels, chairs, four parking spaces, and short walk to the pool. The elevator works. There are two full sized refrigerators (in kitchen and on first floor, and a wet bar with mini-fridge in the third floor suite.) Only the master suite has a tv, but you're at Saint Simon's beach--go enjoy the beach, the restaurants, the sublime scenery, and your guests. We loved it. 6 stars! St Simons Gem -

All positives from this property. The property is close to the beach with a great view that we enjoyed. There is a great balcony overlooking the beach which was a wonderful place to start and end the day. We loved the kitchen - it is super well stocked. Over the years we have probably stayed at 100 VRBO listings 0 and this place had the best equipped kitchen Dozen of plates, forks knives, spoons - tons of glasses, kitchen gadgets, pots and pans, everything you could want in one place. There were multiple king beds in the property - very comfy. The dining room, kitchen, and den are all open in the middle floor - and it is a big space. Everyone had a chance to hang out together and enjoy whatever you were doing. We had two small problems - both of which were super efficiently and quickly resolved. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfy vibe on the GA coastline.

Spectaular

This property is outstanding and as advertised in the pictures. Ocean views from all three levels with the main (2nd) level and master (3rd floor) having amazing views and great decks. Easily would accommodate 10-12 people and updated appliances in kitchen are great. Highly recommend this property!
