This property is a great location and pet friendly with the fenced yard. However, there is truck noise from Ocean Blvd and while we were there, the property across the street was under construction with early morning material deliveries and all day construction activity. The pictures for this property are not recent as the property has more wear and tear than pictured. Specifically there are cracked tiles in the master bath and caulking needs to be replaced in the bath and kitchen. The porch has rusted decor and the back door from the kitchen was difficult to lock. The kitchen had all the necessities. The management quickly replaced a defective toaster. The mattress has a topper that was comfortable with my own bedding. We made the one bedroom work with two work-at-home jobs, but decided to book a bigger place nearby to return to St. Simon’s next year.
