"I stayed at the luxe suite, it was beautiful, super spacious, and incredible location in the heart of town. We could step outside and already in such a fantastic spot. The staff was extremely kind and attentive. Loved it so much!"

We connected with Expedia, explained the situation, and were subsequently told that they also had no response to their phone calls and later reported that since our reservation was non-cancellable, there was nothing they could do. "Wonderful stay at Le St.Remy while visiting Provence. Perfectly situated in the town and the town is a great hub for all the Provence has to offer. Pool is quite always had space while we visited. Breakfast was fantastic and staff were very helpful and attentive. Only thing that could have been better was pool service as this was lacking during our stay but otherwise it was the perfect getaway."
