Excellent condo!

We love staying at the Westwinds complex. This condo was bottom level in the corner with a private patio area. Had all of the necessities. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Ideal spot to enjoy the beach. Restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. We will be definitely looking into booking this unit again in 2024.

That view!!!

This condo was amazing for our family! The view of the back porch is a million dollar view! He was able to get his fishing rod and go out every morning and fish from basically the back door! Very close to the beach! Bryan was great to work with!

Fun on Treasure Island

This is a great property that we’d love to stay at again. 2 minute walk to beautiful, wide beach. Peaceful views of the bay from the living room and patio. Clean and roomy condo on the first floor. We stayed here while dropping off our son at Eckerd College, which was a 15- minute drive.

West winds is a great location. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Bryan was great to work with. The only thing the apartment needs is a second chair in the living. A sofa and one chair is not quite enough for 4 adults

Great Property

We enjoyed our week at your property! Condo is spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a week at the beach. Less than five minute walk to the beach, with chairs, umbrella, beach towels and toys to use. We booked this unit specifically for the fishing. Close to Publix and several restaurants. John’s Pass is a five minute drive. Unit is also a few steps from the pool, but far enough to not hear any noise. PIE airport is approximately 25 minute drive.

Awesome location

The condo was clean, had comfortable furniture and you can’t beat the location. We could walk to several restaurants and bars and almost right across the street from beach access. The only negative was the lack of kitchen pots and pans. Not good if you planned on doing much cooking - but we ate our meals out and just used the kitchen to prepare snacks and drinks.

Location, location, location!

Very beautiful condo. The location was perfect just across the street from the beach and sets right on the bay. So many local places to eat and shop. Walking distance to Publix. Bryan was great at communicating. There were everything you needed from beach towels, fishing poles, beach chairs, sand toys! This unit is loaded with extras! I loved it and plan to return next spring. Very clean and comfortable beds. Several of the neighbors live year round and are super friendly and helpful with recommendations. Highly recommend!

It was an enjoyable experience from rental request to check out. Bryan was the perfect host. The apartment was just as described and more. Was able to cook meals for other family members that were in town for the family member wedding. The bed in the Master was extremely comfortable. The only disappointment was not being able to fish due to red tide. If Bryan could have solved that, I'm sure he would have. If ever in Treasure Island again I will definitely plan to stay. My family and guests loved it too.

Fab waterfront condo

Best condo in the complex.Downstairs corner unit. Extra windows let in a lot of light and water views out of most of them. Private feeling patio. Location was perfect. Publix market was literally steps away. Cross the steet one building down and beach access. I'd call this a quiet tourist destination. Light traffic. Beach not crowded. The condo was well appointed and had every thing we needed. We did leave it with one less wine glass. Bryan was great, when I texted him from the Fort Lauderdale airport for the code. He called me concerned since I was on the opposite side of Florida. (That's a whole other story). I would 100% stay here again and recommend it completely.

They have ROACHES

We stayed here for thanksgiving. I dealt with an infestation of roaches. They’re ere scurrying all over the kitchen every morning. I contacted the management company and they had pest control come out. (They mentioned the roaches were bright up by the cleaning people who saw them and had the unit sprayed before we checked in.) this was the second time the unit was sprayed The unit was only sprayed at the window and door thresholds. Nothing was done about the adult and baby roaches throughout the kitchen. On Thanksgiving, I killed about 30 plus. They were crawling behind the fridge. Behind the cabinets. They were in the drawers. The dishwasher. I washed every plate and utensils before I used it. While the turkey was sitting after being cooked, one got in there. I had to throw out the turkey and tons of other food. At no point we’re we given an option to go anywhere else. We decided to leave early. I went to the office of the complex to advise them if the roach issue. They had other units being vacated and said we could rent of those for the duration of our stay. When I let Bryan know, he contacted Beth was happy we could go somewhere else. At this point we were told we would get a full refund. We got 2/3 of a refund. This all took place on 11/25 and I’ve been asking about the balance. It’s now 12/26 and told Beth will not personally send the balance since it’s from VBRO. She seems more concerned about the money than making things right or doing what she says she going to do. I said I would be leaving reviews. She told the management company “I worked for homeland security. I can handle it.” Is that a threat? I would leave pictures and videos of the adult and baby roaches running all over, but VBRO doesn’t all it. Sorry!

Great Treasure Island location. Walking distance to beach, publix, restaurants and shops. Comfortable furnishings. Fun to watch wildlife from first floor corner unit and dock - birds, fish, stingrays and dolphins.

Wonderful view! Bryan is a great host! Wish we could have spent more than a day but we had a mandatory evacuation order do to Hurricane Helene. Condo is clean, bed and amenities were spot on!!

Great Condo in a Great Location

This property is as described. The condo was clean and fit our needs well. We enjoyed being only a few steps from the pool. The beach access is only two doors down and was an easy walk. The beach is beautiful and it was not busy at all in early July. The property manager was excellent in communicating with us. Would highly recommend! We’ll be back for sure.

Wonderful place on the water

We have been going to Treasure Island for the past 3 years. Stayed up the road on our previous visits but decided we needed more room for our most recent trip. Luckily, we found this place and were very happy with our decision to stay there. Clean, comfortable, and large enough for 4 adults. Sitting on the dock in the evening was very peaceful. We are already thinking about returning next summer. Thanks!

Lovely and Inviting.

Staying on the bay side of Treasure Island was a surprising treat! We really enjoyed the beautiful views and spent much of our time out on the patio just taking in the scenery. The condo was spacious, clean, pretty and very comfortable. Such a restful and relaxing place!
