Walking into this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo you will find an open concept with two access points to the expansive balcony. This private wrap-around balcony has ample seating for everyone to enjoy the stunning view of the coastline. Coastal decor throughout the home gives you an immediate Florida vacation feel. The condo sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. The kitchen, dining room, and living area blend together comfortably whether you are gathering for meals or relaxing during a movie. The kitchen features granite countertops, a breakfast bar with counter seating for 2, and a table that will seat 6 comfortably. The balcony can also serve as additional space for meals for the larger groups. There are 2 sofas and an easy chair for the TV watchers at your party or for the kids if they need a little gaming time.

Owners, Rich and Diana take pride in providing guests with a premier vacation experience through their vacation rental units that are family-friendly, fully updated, designed with quality furnishings as well and provide extra outdoor amenities. This beachfront beauty is highlighted by an expansive balcony allowing guests to soak in unparalleled sunsets over the Gulf waters each evening. The Angler's Cove complex has a plethora of outdoor amenities to enhance your vacation experience including a relaxing heated pool and hot tub, picnic tables, restrooms, a tiki hut, and sun loungers to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need! Refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, knife block, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: A six-top dining table and two bar stools at the breakfast bar.

Living Room: Plush sofa and loveseat with end tables, coffee table, TV, and two sliding glass doors leading out to the balcony.

Bedroom #1: Has an impressive King-size bed with a personal workstation, TV, dresser, nightstands with USB charging, an en-suite bathroom, and private balcony access.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Double vanity sink, toilet with bidet, and walk-in shower. No tub.

Bedroom #2: 2 Queen beds, nightstands with USB charging, large dresser and TV.

Bathroom #2 (En-suite): Single vanity, toilet with bidet, and tub/shower combo.

Bedroom #3: Has a King bed, a day bed with a bonus trundle, nightstands with USB charging, a large dresser, and a TV.

Bathroom #3 (En-suite): Single vanity, toilet with bidet, and tub/shower combo.

Laundry: Shared pay-operated laundry on site.

Balcony: A four-top outdoor dining table with chairs and 2 Adirondack chairs for lounging. Beach equipment is typically stored here which includes beach chairs, sand surf toys, and a rolling cooler.

Outdoor Amenities: Heated communal pool with sun loungers, communal hot tub, shared grills, and outdoor dining/picnic area.

*Elevator on property! This unit is on the 4th floor.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. No luggage racks or carts inside the unit.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Parking: This unit provides 2 parking spaces.

Within walking distance, you will find some of the best area restaurants and ice cream shops. As well as beachwear shopping locations. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.

We had a wonderful time with our family of 6 adults and 4 children. Great location and views loved the pool and closeness of the beach. Only thing wish there were more towels or washer in unit so we didn’t have to do laundry everyday. Also kitchen could use a few more dish cloths and wash rags or sponges to clean up . Dishwasher didn’t work very good. Also was a great place and would stay again.

I would stay here again! Great condo! I loved the layout of the condo where Each bedroom had its own bathroom! Easy and quick short access to the beach! Great place to stay!

Loved this spot. Amazing outdoor area, always hot by the pool as you’re protected from the wind. The beach is so beautiful. So close to restaurants, ice cream, mini golf. Lots of space. The downstairs entertaining area was great for the teens pool table). Was the perfect spot for our large family. (3 generations).

It was the perfect place for a group of 6 old friends to reconnect for a birthday. It was clean, well decorated, well appointed, and on the beach. Close to everything. We took advantage of the hot tub, local dining, the beautiful sunsets and the perfect beach Hosts were excellent and checked in with us. We would highly recommend it. Everything was just perfect.

Great location, well furnished kitchen, and good layout for 1-3 families. Good water pressure, lots of chairs and toys provided. Couple issues stuff property 1. Parts were still dirty, Main area rug and couches 2. Pigeon poop on balcony, rubber snakes on balcony to attempt to deter them 3. AC did not get main area below 79 on thermostat, second AC in back bedroom was fine

Property was nice. Location nice, very close walk to beach. Hot tub and pool was average. The hot tub seemed cloudy and well…not a fan. Seemed little expensive for what we got, but maybe I’m being too critical. Would be a good place if you have kids under 12yo or just adults….teenagers will probably be bored.
