Feel at home with a full-size fridge, an oven, and all the basic cooking essentials provided. This home is part of a duplex, with a smaller studio attached. The front entry and fully fenced backyard is private. There is plenty of off street parking. There is laundry onsite (which is shared with the other unit) outside the home. Please reach out if interested in renting both units.

Adorable cottage with great little back yard. Location was amazing. The cottage has all the amenities that u need. Its very clean, the beds are comfortable and the backyard was perfect for my dogs. This is a shared unit and the neighbors was never around and our separate space was very private. Would highly recommend staying here and will keep this listing for the future visits.

I will definitely be staying here again. Too comfortable bedrooms and a great common room. The outside deck is very comfortable and the area is quiet. We didn’t get to use the bikes, but those are a nice touch

Location was great. It felt safe and was close to the beach, restaurants downtown Dunedin & parks for my little one.

Pictures accurately describe this location. It was perfect for our needs. The couch was the most comfortable couch I’ve ever been on provides plenty of room lots of amenities in the kitchen and it’s very clean. The backyard was perfect for drinking your morning coffee. If you have a dog, it is fenced in. I would recommend this place to anyone it’s centrally located near lots of restaurants and a quick 14 minute ride to the beach. Next time we’re in town we will be sure to stay in this location. Thank you for all the extra special touches we loved it.
