Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and plenty of workspace. Also a bar area for seating, as well as separate seating area. Great place to make a meal or just settle down for your morning coffee.

A nice big table for the whole gang....Seats 10 comfortably and overlooks the pool. The open floor plan provides easy access between our kitchen, living room and dining area.

BEDROOMS

🛏️ MASTER BEDROOM:

To ensure your comfort, our home is outfitted with luxury mattresses, quality linens, and great pillows, all cleaned to the highest standards. Our master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser and plenty of space for storage, as well as a smart TV for you. The bedroom leads into the en suite bathroom with a vanity, stand up shower and separate space for the toilet area. All towels and amenities are selected with you in mind.

🛏️ BEDROOM 2:

On the same side of the house, there is a room Queen bedroom with high mattress, dresser and Smart TV provided.

🛏️ BEDROOM 3:

On the other side of the home you'll find our second Queen bedroom. It's as if this is another suite with a luxury mattress, dresser, closet space and a beautifully designed area. And...you guessed it...another Smart TV. Just off this space is a sitting room with a Futon that can also sleep another guest. There is a separate entrance off this side of the home that leads to the backyard and pool.

🛏️ BEDROOM 4:

On the front side of the house, this bedroom is great for teenagers or adults. It is equipped with two extra long Twin beds that have super comfortable mattresses. Also plenty of closet space and a dresser suitable for long or short stays. Even this bedroom has it's own Smart TV, as well.

BATHROOMS

🚿 BATHROOM 1: The master bedroom seamlessly connects to a private en suite bathroom, thoughtfully designed for both style and functionality. This elegant bathroom boasts a sleek vanity, a spacious stand-up shower, and a separate area for the toilet, ensuring both privacy and comfort.

🛁 BATHROOM 2: On the same side of the home is another full bath with tub/shower and vanity. This can be used by any of the other guests and is conveniently located off the main section of the home. Quality towels and amenities provided.

With some of the best weather in the country, our home offers the outdoor space to enjoy it. Our fenced-in yard boasts an in-ground pool, a patio seating area, lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, gas grill, a children's play set and plenty of space for everyone. Take in the sun and enjoy the space! In the backyard, you'll find the pool area. The space is also filled with fun activities, including a cornhole board, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy.

✅ Can accommodate 10 guests with extra guest fee. Pets under 30lbs allowed with $125 fee.

* Early Check-in if Available: $50;
* Late Check-out if Available: $50;
* Pet Fees: $100 per Pet, 3 Pet Max;
Policy Notice: Bringing any undisclosed, unapproved, or unauthorized pets onto the property is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in an immediate fine of $500, charged without exception.
* Pool Heating Fee: $25 per night;
Please note that due to the limitations of the electric pool heater, the pool temperature can only be increased by 15-20 degrees Fahrenheit above the coldest outdoor temperature of the day. For example, if the coldest temperature of the day is 50°F, the maximum pool temperature will be approximately 65-70°F. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay!
