「I was not able to stay at the facility. I prepaid for the night and told the the hotel that there would be no occupancy. I was told to call back and speak to manager . When I called back I was told to call the next morning (7am) to speak to a manager. He said that it was too late to refund due to calling the next day.
I am still owed 110.00」

「Facility on the whole a little bit dated. When we got there were AC units sitting in the parking lot. Our room had everything that was described but our room did have an odor of old wood. It was an okay stay, but nothing spectacular.」

「The stay was good overall. My main feedback is that the rooms feel outdated, and the beds/pillows were not very comfortable. While we had an enjoyable stay, we expected a higher level of luxury for the price we paid. That said, the experience was satisfactory overall.」

「Cabin was as described. The door code didn’t work and we messaged back and forth and never did get a working door code. We tried a side door and it was left unlocked is how we got in but we waited for maintenance for over 2 hours. We left the property unlocked all weekend because we never got a working code maintenance guy said Augusta was safe not to worry about it. Also the cabin was full of lady bugs. 」
