About this property

Oasis for 8 persons with sauna and jacuzzi

  • The house summer country lies in the development area Wittendün in the district and village was completed in March 2015. The Rehabilitation Clinic North Friesland and the West Coast Park are within walking distance. Here you can take the local bus with the tourist card for free to the beach or to St. Peter bathroom. It is about a 10 minute walk to the train station and the shops next door.

    The house is about 165 m2 of living space and has a modern, high quality and cozy furnishings.

    The ground floor is the spacious living is u. Dining area with a fireplace and an open island kitchen.

    A guest bathroom with walk-in shower and heated towel rail is on the ground floor.

    3 bedrooms (2 x double and 1 x 2 single beds) and 1 bathroom with a walk rainfall shower and Jacuzzi are in the attic.

    One bedroom with 2 single beds and a TV is located in the loft.

    The house is supplied with a ground source heat pump and underfloor heating (except the loft).

    It is a controlled ventilation system available.

    The large terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a beach chair and a barbecue.

    The garden has a garden house and a barrel sauna.

    Free WiFi.

    In the house a travel cot and a highchair are available.

    Sheets and towels are not included but can be booked (linen 12, - € / person, towel set € 6.50 / person).

    Except in the off-season the minimum stay is 7 nights.

    In the short term on request a shorter stay is possible.

Wunderschöne und großzügige Doppelhaushälfte

Wir (5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben eine wunderbare Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Absolut ruhige Lage. Die perfekte Ausgangsbasis für Strandbesuche oder zum abendlichem Bummeln in der Stadt. Über das Willkommensgeschenk haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Eine tolle Idee.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht!

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden! Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (inklusive Kinderbett und Hochstuhl und sogar Spielzeug z.B. Federball & Co im Gartenhaus). Mit einem Willkommenspaket fühlten wir uns schon ganz herzlich begrüßt! Gerne und häufig wurde auch bei uns der Whirlpool genutzt. Die Bushaltestelle ist ganz nah (Achtung: Google Maps zeigt einen Umweg zur Haltestelle!) Auch die Kommunikation mit Frau Juschus war super! Sehr gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und top modern. Ebenso sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin hat für alle möglichen Annehmlichkeiten und großen Komfort gesorgt. So eine gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung haben wir noch nie gesehen. Wir haben uns wirklich Zuhause gefühlt. Ein Auto ist ratsam, aber nicht dringend nötig, da die nächste Bushaltestelle ca. 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Einkäufe können fußläufig (10 Minuten je Richtung) erledigt werden.

Komfortables Wohnen

Komfortable Unterkunft in einem Neubaugebiet am Rande des Ortsteils Dorf. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und bietet problemlos Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel war sehr unkompliziert, da die Eigentümerin in der Doppelhaushälfte nebenan wohnt. Fussläufig zu erreichen sind Italiener und Tierpark. Zu den Stränden muss mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto gefahren werden. Im Neubaugebiet befindet sich außerdem ein netter Spielplatz für kleinere Kinder.
