"They put me in a room with glass shards on the couch. Then they put me in another room that hadn’t been cleaned properly - the bed was unmade, the garbage hadn’t been fully removed and the bathroom floor was wet… it’s 25 degrees in the city and the AC didn’t work for that room. When asked to switch rooms, I was treated rudely - I checked out the next morning. TERRIBLE experience- never again."

"A beautiful property in downtown Vancouver, elegantly designed and comfortable rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable, shower was nice and large and hot water was instant. Would happily stay here anytime"

"Room was nasty food crumbs in drawers alone the edge of the carpets in the room way a thick layer of dirt and dust bunnies the need to buy an edging tool for their vacuum. There way sticky residue on the desk and what looked like dried boogers on the handle for the shower wand. It is renovated but it looks like the renovation was done like a slum lord. Just paint right over the damage and debris. There was black mold on the windows. And every day the cleaner piled everyone’s garbage next to our room door while they were cleaning rooms so a disgusting rotting garbage door filled our room every time we opened the door. This isn’t the worst hotel we have stayed at as the location is good but it was gross!!"
