"Carpet at doorway was a bit warm but overall the room was very nice and clean. Heater fan was a bit noisy but just warmed room and shut for the night. Personal at desk said they would note this and will be looked after. We were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge which was wonderful."

"Room was right next to the lobby, can hear every noise and person and check in. Hockey team was loud all night, can hear every noise in the morning for breakfast set up. Did not sleep at all due to noise. AC/heat unit made the most awful screeching noise, did not matter what setting it was on. Conditioner bottle contained shampoo and shower head had one working mode that was jet. Was almost painful to shower. At the end of the day it was a place to stay but I would not stay again. "

"Not worth it! Our VRBO nightmare! Originally our family of 5 (2 Adult and 3 children), we were planning to stay at this location for just over 2 months but were forced to cut it short and find alternate arrangements. Upon arrival we immediately noticed the house was not 100% as described. The photos in VRBO listing make it seem like the house was recently renovated, Hardwood floors throughout the upper level with moderate to higher end finishes throughout and reasonable furnishings, which is what we were expecting considering the rate the host requested. What we received was house with extremely uncomfortable sleeping arrangements, a main floor covered in miss matched area rugs covering damaged hardwood flooring, duct tape & tuct tape finishes, Black Mold, Broken washing machine with a note to be repaired 1/2 way through our stay, Nonfunctioning blinds, peeling wallpaper throughout the upper washroom, damaged fixtures in various locations, fabric coverings over the leather sofa due to the quality of leather making it again uncomfortable to use, non-functioning electrical outlets in the master bedroom and various damaged finishes throughout the entire house. The space is only legally allowed by the City of Calgary to have a maximum of 4 occupants on the main level as the basement did not pass required safety codes, so the listing capacity is a lie and the kitchen is a gas stove that has an exhaust within the house that sets the CO2 alarm almost every time you cook. "
