Updated & Cozy 3 BDR Home

Welcome to our newly renovated home in O'Fallon! Our cozy and inviting home is the perfect place to create lasting memories with family and friends. We are conveniently located between I-70 and 364, just a short distance from local favorite dining, shopping, and entertainment.

This house has everything you need and more to make you feel at home. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all you need, whether you are making a family dinner or barbecuing on the patio. Each bedroom has a memory foam mattress to make for a comfy stay along with extra blankets, pillows, and linens. All rooms are equipped with a Roku tv including live tv (Guests will use their own credentials). Quite neighborhood and big fenced in backyard with plenty of space for activity.

Visit and explore Downtown Cottleville and St. Charles Main Streets historic attractions, shops, dining just 15 minutes away. 35 minutes to downtown St. Louis where you can visit Busch Stadium, Union Station, The St. Louis Zoo, Enterprise Center, Ball Park Village, Soulard, and City Park.

Also located near many different local attractions: The Piazza Messina, Sporting Complexes, Concert Venues, Wineries, and many more.

No smoking of any kind is tolerated in the home. A $200 additional cleaning fee will be assessed if smoking occurs. Parties are not allowed.

Our stay here was fine. The front step was broken and very unsafe, especially for children. There is a basement that is not shown in the pictures, but there was a baby gate downstairs. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. I would have liked to see some more kitchen utensils and mixing bowls.

Front porch step needs to be repaired/replaced. Patio sliding door did not open/close without major effort and would not lock. Bathroom sink hot/cold was plumbed backwards. A number of window blinds were broken/missing slats (bedroom and front room)

Upon entering the house, the front steps were broken. An accident waiting to happen. The house had a very odd order which reminded me of a thrift store? The front window blinds were destroyed.You could see straight through the house.I felt uncomfortable sitting on the not so clean couch. I want be staying there again!

Not a smoke free property

The house was in a great location and overall clean. However it is listed as a smoke free property and it reeks of smoke. When I addressed this with the owner he told me he was aware of the smell and he was sorry for the inconvenience, and made no attempt to address the issue.

Quiet Stay in the Suburbs

The property was listed as ‘smoke free’ but we smelled cigarette smoke when we walked in. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a quiet neighborhood.

Great Place to relax

House was clean! Beds were comfortable and the had extra blankets and pillows to make your stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything to cook standard meals. Location was convenient. Contacting owner for minor issues was a breeze!
