「The rooms were spotless but dated and need upgrade. Very poor shower pressure. Shower in bath with no anti slip mat/features. Balcony and some areas need maintenance. Breakfast was average with very poor quality sliced bread again with the hit/miss self toaster. Lunch/evening meals were of a good quality and seem to popular with non residents too. Second visit to hotel and pool was very cold not heated. Some children struggling with temperature. The hotels main selling points are wonderful...

「No air conditioning , very small rooms and they didn’t function welll , more storage / shelf on bathroom would make a massive difference to comfort, l untold them l was disabled and room was a long way from lift and required lifting my disabled wheeled walker down 3 very large steps which meant if l was on my own l was stranded , but other than that all Ok」

「The property was clean & generally well maintained, however it is an older property that would benefit from some updates, such as air conditioning I stayed during a very hot period & although there was a fan in my room it was not adequate, the windows also only open a little The rooms are generally well equipped, however would also benefit from having a small fridge The staff were very friendly & helpful & were always willing to offer information & help when needed The breakfast is very good...
