「Friendly hotel despite being large, the staff were brilliant throughout. The room was clean and can be cleaned every day. It was a family friendly hotel, although I would look at the suitability of Jersey for a young family. The swimming pool facilities were good, indoor / outdoors. Excellent breakfast, dinner paid separately was also excellent. Great location, easy walk into the centre of St Helier. Everything seemed well organised.」

「We think that this is a really nice hotel. The food in the bar was excellent. It’s in a good location for exploring St Helier and beyond. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had great room with lots of windows which was great but we stayed during a very hot spell of weather. The fan in the room was totally inadequate, we did ask for and were given another fan.
