The air conditioning wasn't cool enough and room needed a microwave.The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Emerald Beach Resort
Service was terrible. Took over an hour to order food at restaurant. Bar tender at night was very rude! Grounds not cleaned up daily. Housekeeping in the room was excellent.
