Len’s Lookout, with its stunning panoramic sea views, has been lovingly restored and designed to present the perfect holiday home for families and friends alike. A stylish two-bedroom apartment with wonderful sea views towards St Ives Harbour and Godrevy, offsite parking and a tiered garden with seating for four guests. Len’s Lookout is also just a short stroll away from St Ives Town Centre with its restaurants, art scene and boutique shops. A real gem of a holiday home.
The living area is bijoux and includes a large, signature comfy sofa, a wall mounted smart TV and panoramic sea views from the large widows which are breathtaking overlooking St Ives, The Island and Godrevy Lighthouse.
The contemporary open plan kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, Hotpoint Curve microwave, electric oven and induction hob, Lavazza coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is also a breakfast bar which is perfect for lazy day breakfasts and a cheeky Bucks Fizz.
The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, ample storage and access to the tiered back garden.
The second bedroom offers great flexibility with two single beds which can also be made up as a super king bed on request, ample storage, and views over the garden.
There is a family bathroom with a shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.
There is a delightful tiered, decked private garden with furniture, a wonderful sanctuary where you can enjoy a glass of wine, dine al fresco, and enjoy the Cornish sunshine and amazing sea views.

• Access Statement - Len’s Lookout is a second floor apartment located in a Victorian Townhouse. To access the communal front door from the road, there is a small set of three stone steps to a slight uphill slope, this is followed by six stone steps to the front door. Once inside the building, a staircase of seventeen stairs, leads to the apartment’s front door. Inside the apartment, you will find a smaller staircase of eleven stairs, leading to the living area.
