「Room was clean but an issue with extractor fan in bathroom. Staff very approachable and polite. Spa staff were exceptional. Food was fantastic especially the breakfast.」

「We arrived later than planned because of multiple road floodings in and around Cardiff, but staff was really helpful, breakfast was tasty and the whole place was very cosy. We would have loved staying more Nights.」

「fantastic place」

「3 Horse shoes was great, for some reason our bedroom got mixed up, was supposed to have a family room but got a double. Staff sorted the issue, i dont know but apparenty is was an Expedia mix up. Issue was sorted by the morning even though we arrived late, cool pub with a kids soft play and decent playground. Foods nice, staff great.....」

「Good value room. Convenient location close to Barry train station. Staff were helpful and friendly. No kettle/drink making facilities in room. No food for sale at the hotel but there was a bar. Small car park and the roads around were full of parked cars so had to park about 5 minutes walk away.」

「Unfortunately the pool is still out of action but that aside it was a good stay. Very helpful staff very clean and comfortable room, good breakfasts, jams at the toast area gets messy and sticky perhaps a re-think needed there, parking excellent. Only grumble was the noisy extractor in our bathroom it needs replacing, we used torches to use bathroom in the night so as not to waken our neighbours but we did report it to reception and hopefully it will be fixed for next guests. Overall a clean and...

「5 star downstairs and outside. Grounds are superb. Room was ok... Bed was big, as was TV, but there were things that let it down. Cheap furniture, a wobbly toilet, an unsuitably small shelf in shower, cheap tea and coffee. Also only one bath towel between two, and one hand towel - no bath mat. For an expensive room (even for a Sunday) it was quite basic in lots of ways, and disappoining when compared to the plush bar and seating areas downstairs. Evening meal and breakfast were excellent....

「Next to the beach and close to a grocery chain shop. Weather was exceptionally hot.」

「A beautiful little hut 😊」

「Home from home very clean, central to family. Neighbours ( all this area ) very friendly and polite. A wonderful and relaxing stay. Thank you.」
