Enjoy this beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath lake home with exceptional views of Alligator Lake. The peaceful setting will draw you in and help you relax from a long day at the theme parks. Alligator Lake is an all sports lake which is wonderful for boating and fishing. Walt Disney World along with the other parks are approximately 40 minutes, 30 miles away. Mebourne and Cocoa Beaches are less than 60 miles and about an hour drive. Fabulous local restaurants along with the common chains are just a short drive away in St. Cloud and Lake Nona. Four local golf courses are all within a 25 minute, 12 mile commute. Whether for a short trip or even a month stay, you will enjoy the proximity of this location and the joys of lakefront living. Great place on the lake

Great place if you want to be on the lake at a great price. A quiet get-away but close to all attractions, etc. Would definitely consider staying here again on our visit to Central Florida.
