Come and stay with us at this ground floor single story 1 bedroom apartment! Fresh out of a complete renovation, it is immaculate and clean and the perfect place for your next vacation to St Augustine with your furry friend and loved ones! Located in Vilano Beach, a five minute drive to historic downtown St Augustine, and steps to the beach, only three houses from the beach boardwalk. Walking distance to Publix shopping center and numerous restaurants. Great fishing! Side fenced yard, nice covered patio with comfortable seating and table for dining al fresco. Fully stocked kitchen , basket style drip coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator. Flat screen TV in living room with wifi connection/ streaming service. Beach chairs/wagon/umbrella provided.

Full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, bathroom (brand new and beautiful), King size bed in bedroom. This is the perfect affordable, updated space. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our vacation rentals, book with us and let us give you the vacation you deserve! This is in an awesome foot friendly neighborhood, you can walk to numerous beach access points and restaurants and the Publix shopping center , watch the sun rise, or sunset from the beach!

Please let us know if you will be traveling with a dog, so that we can quote you a pet fee to be added on. It will be based on the weight/breed of dog, and length of stay. Please note we are only able to accommodate dogs up to 40 lbs and no breeds on the restricted breed list per insurance regulation. Discounted rates available for longer term stays .

Our second time staying here and we just love it so much!! It’s super clean, full kitchen with all the pots and pans, a grill, it’s just steps away from the beach access, Publix is right around the corner and most importantly it’s dog friendly!! Heidi responds quickly to any questions or concerns. This is probably one of our favorite places to stay. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

July 4th Vacay!!

What an absolute GEM this place is!! Our host, Heidi, was always available for any questions, check in was super easy. When we arrived, we were just in absolute shock at how amazing this place is!! It is literally steps away from the beach access. More importantly because we brought our fur baby, the entire bottom half is fenced in. And a tall fence at that, so we were able to keep the front door open and allow our dog to go in and out with ease. Our only regret was that we didn’t book the extra day (we booked Thursday-Sunday) and we wished we had booked thru Monday!!! We will absolutely be back!! What a cute little place this is. You can’t want for anything here. The fridge is huge, the bed was beyond comfortable, it was clean, and the shower was so cool with the back light!! Also. Huge win on Publix being right around the corner. Surfside was our go to hang out spot for drinks and appetizers. We are beyond in LOVE with this spot. Cannot say enough about it!! We will be rebooking in the near future!!

Really nice getaway!

Place is nicely renovated and one of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed at in the area. The bed is a little uncomfortable, but we got an egg crate and that made it much more comfortable. Love the patio area and there is a hose outside to rinse off etc. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect little apartment

This property is outstanding. Located 3 homes from the beach entrance. Gorgeously remodeled with all new everything. Super smart design. One of our favorite rentals ever.

Great location

Proximity to beach was great. We really loved being steps from a dog friendly alcohol free lovely beach so we could come and go throughout the day.Having grocery store a block away was convenient as well. Vilano beach area is pedestrian friendly and super chill.Property was clean and accurately represented.There were there were guests in the upstairs apartment which was noisy at times. However, It was a family of 7 so I think it was particularly noisy (noise consisted of them walking around)As we were checking out we did see one palmetto bug in the condo. I notified the property manager and she said she would handle it immediately.It was a really great stay overall. Location is the highlight for sure

St Augustine Wonder!

Saint Augustine VRBO we stayed at, The owner gave us excellent preview information and login information to get into the property. It was extraordinarily clean and well-kept. All the furniture was in great shape, and linens and towels were plentiful. It’s only a few steps from the beach, which makes it extra nice for early morning beach, walk and is within 10 minutes of downtown Saint Augustine would highly recommend this property.

Excellent Little Spot

A great place to stay! An easy walk to the beach, the grocery store, and a coffee shop, and historic St. Augustine is only a short drive away. We didn’t want to leave!

Florida spring trip

Highly recommended based on stay. Perfect for 2 adults and our dog, the interior was very nice and outdoor seating was fun. Location is a short walk to the beach and a short drive to our favorite restaurant, Caps on the Water.

Perfect beach location!

Communication with Heide is excellent!! We stayed a month which is quite long in a smaller apartment and the sitting area gets a little uncomfortable but we knew that going into this so it's not a bad thing just want to let others know. It was 120 steps from the front door to the first step on the boardwalk that goes onto the beach. Vilano beach is very nice and dog friendly which was nice. Close to a Publix for groceries and there are plenty of eating/drinking places near by. Not a lot of traffic and pretty quiet. Would stay there again if it was for a shorter time for sure!!

Vilano Beach 2023

Everything about the place was wonderful and the place matched the posted pictures. The walk to the water was about two minutes. Very close to Publix as well. If I return to Vilano Beach, this will be the first place I look to stay again.

Location, location, location!

My husband and I stayed in this home for a week with our small dog. We loved that while there was a guest in the up stairs apartment, they had a secluded back yard for their dog and we had a secluded side yard for our pup. The patio was nice and the ceiling fans and water-hose outside was a plus! The home was clean, very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed using the wagon and chairs at the beach. This property is 3 houses down from the beach access. It’s in a quiet residential area that is very close to Publix. Our favorite part was the location and the dog friendly beach. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

10 year anniversary trip

the apartment was newly remodeled, clean and had a nice sitting area in front as well as a small yard for our fur baby; not to mention the perfect location. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
