最近改装されたロマンチックなスペインスタイルの建物を取り囲む美しい敷地には、2017年に完全に改装された8つの異なるアパートメントのみがあります。
目的は、元の外観を維持することに注意を払うことでした。古いキッチン、サッシウィンドウなど、このプロパティをユニークにするその他の機能はそのまま残っています。

This was a great unit for my husband and I for a quick getaway to St Augustine. Perfect location, close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants but not right in the middle of everything! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay. Apartment was exactly as pictured, clean and had many essentials provided. Perfect for two. Host was quick to respond. Close to everything, easy walk to a couple of locals places for breakfast. The historic district is just a few blocks walk, for healthy people. Close to Old Town Trolley stops, if you find walking more challenging. Already planning to come back again, with our daughter and will definitely stay in one of the larger units.

We absolutely LOVED this place! It was just the right size for us - not too big, not too small. The location? Amazing! You can walk to pretty much everything you need.The best part? The place is totally ready for you! Just bring your clothes, grab some snacks, and you're all set to enjoy your vacation. The property was a perfectly situated location just a few blocks from the St. George Street historic area and is well-maintained and landscaped. The one-bedroom unit itself that we stayed in, while small, was clean and furnished tastefully. It was a perfect size for two people over a couple days stay. The only one problematic aspect was the mattress, which was very soft and spongey and made sleeping comfortably a challenge. There are of course many tastes in mattresses (soft to firm) and we happen to need a much firmer mattress, so it was a challenge on our backs. But other than that one thing, it was a lovely place in a lovely location!

Great place to stay!

This is a cute little apartment with a bathroom in the bedroom, open living room/dining room and small kitchen with everything needed for a short stay. Everything was clean and there were some toiletries and cleaning supplies left for us. I would definitely stay here again!!

C6 was adorable & absolutely perfect! The apartment has been beautifully updated, but still has precious details of time past... Like the crystal doorknobs & adorable kitchen sink faucet. Super clean & everything comfy! We LOVED the yellow buildings and especially the courtyard paths to begin our exploration of the city. It was so nice to be in the middle of things & just to walk to get there! We would love to come back and maybe stay in another of their apartments.. just so I can see how cute they all are!

My husband and I stayed in an individual first floor 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. The host thought of everything you would need for any lenght of a stay. Great location, off street parking and access to a washer and dryer. Id definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place for two!!!

Loved this little apartment! It's the perfect size for two. Small and cozy, with everything you need for a stay in St. Augustine. Pros: off street designated parking, walking distance to everything, clean and a quiet area. Cons: water pressure was a little low, shower is pretty tight but managable. We would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional stay and service!

During our stay, we encountered a snake at the laundry area and the nice lady who takes care of the rooms helped us, without hesitation, move the snake that was in the door area. She was super nice and kind! We absolutely loved our rental and would book here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for providing a nice and relaxing Vrbo!

Convenient and Clean

The cottage was just as described and pictured. It was very clean and updated. It is situated close to the downtown, so we walked everywhere. Parking at the cottage was included and off the street. I appreciated the coffee pot with filters and coffee! We also took advantage of the available washer and dryer at no extra charge! The owner responded quickly to my questions and gave suggestions of places to go in the cottage binder. We would stay here again if we came back to St Augustine!

Great location and very clean

We had stayed at a hotel in Jacksonville the night before that had stickly floors and was just yuk... and so when we stepped into this unit and it just smelled clean and looked clean, we were so relieved! It is a very small place... fine for two people and we did have two visitors, but you wouldn't have very many guests visiting here comfortably. The kitchen is too small to really cook a big meal, but I don't remember the last time we did that traveling, so it was fine. They had coffee and plenty of room for our leftovers and wine etc... No dishwasher, but again, we didn't cook so no sweat. There's a washer/dryer available, but not in unit. Best reason to get this place - short walk and you're in the heart of the historic district and St. George's Street and just 15 minute walk to the fort. Easy walk after dinner at night etc... Definitelhy recommend for two.
