1880 Victorian In Heart Of Downtown

Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated second floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city.

Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun.

If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options.

Really nice house and location. The high porches were a bonus. Could walk everywhere and stop back for a break when we needed. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. Enjoyed our stay. very much.

You will not regret booking this place. The location was so convenient. Everything is a short walk away. The place was nice and clean. It was such a charming house and we would def come back. The property is located in the heart of town. We parked the car and walked everywhere. Three separate couples stayed in the house with a perfectly equipped efficiency on each of the three floors. Separate entrances for each efficiency and very private. Well stocked with coffee pods and creamer!

This place is one of me and my husbands favorites. It is very clean, perfect location, and the queen size bed is comfortable if you like a semi soft/semi firm bed. The only downside is the garbage trucks early in the morning. However, even with that we love the spot so much I am fine with that being the only con.
