"Excellent location in heart of Vienna but expensive because of that. Small room, very old carpet, noisy air conditioning unit that did not work well, broken hairdryer, few amenities. Did not try the restaurant. But linens and room were clean and front desk staff kind, knowledgeable and able to answer questions."

"I’m giving it 4 stars for the affordability. It is a basic clean room without many amenities. No coffee maker or fridge. Shampoo, body wash and lotion provided but that is all. No phone to call the front desk. Very basic but affordable."

"Top marks to the staff on the 8th floor - very well looked after at breakfast, Perhaps to an Austrian five different colours of carrot for breakfast and a printed menu offering a variety of dishes, so long as you wanted eggs, is the norm...? The lack of clothes storage in the rooms wasn't helpful, and an explanation of the lighting system would have been useful; it appeared to be either "all on" or "all off"."
