Fabulous location. Room was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great to have before spending a day of touring. Staff was helpful in many ways especially when recommending local restaurants.

Everyone was very friendly. The location was stellar. I would just suggest maybe some conditioner for the bathroom and then maybe upgrade the hairdryer although it worked fine. Also our room had weird noises all through the night. Not sure what it was exactly but definitely kept us up.

A grand and luxurious feeling room right in the heart of everything. The staff was super helpful and the beds were exactly what we needed after a long day of wandering the beautiful streets of Vienna. My only critique is that the room seemed to have odd creeks and noises that pulled us from a sound sleep. Bring earplugs and everything is perfect.

The location is ideal and the beds are very comfortable. The pillows and sheets are high quality. We used the air conditioning because it has been very hot. I like the traditional furniture.

Hotel was beautiful and clean, staff were incredibly helpful. However, the air conditioner in the room didn’t seem to allow guests to set new temperatures. We were very hot in our room. We would’ve opened the windows, but the convenient street access made it so that it was very loud. They did provide us with seamless airport transport and held our luggage after check-out so that we could explore the city a bit more before leaving. Overall a great experience and I would recommend.

Lovely hotel in the center of Vienna, close to everything. From the front desk staff, to those who serve you breakfast, to the room cleaning staff, everyone is so friendly and a delight to interact with. In the extreme heat that Vienna was experiencing, the air conditioning was a life-saver. If you need anything, all you have to do is ask and they will do their best to accommodate your wishes. Not the first time staying there and definitely not the last. I could not more highly recommend this Hotel.

A historic hotel that has hosted famous people and is extremely well located, close to everything. The staff is attentive to our needs and answers our questions to help us with our sightseeing. Furthermore, it is very comfortable and offers excellent and varied breakfasts.
