"I feel a bit conflicted leaving this review, as the hotel itself was otherwise fine. Unfortunately, I accidentally left my wash bag in the room after checking out. I realised within an hour and called the front desk, who told me they would search the room. I was later told it wasn't there. "We had planned to stay at this hotel after driving for 7 hours, but unfortunately our reservation was cancelled just 4 hours before check-in. A staff member kindly called us and did their best to find an alternative hotel, which we truly appreciated. We were also advised to email regarding possible compensation for a future stay.
