"The cottage was very clean. Well stocked with items. The only thing we didn’t find was a can opener. No big deal. My sister let me borrow one. Very quiet and peaceful. We loved it. The place is well decorated with antiques. It had a lovely rustic charm. "Hubby and I absolutely loved this adorable private, comfortable guesthouse and charming, low-key neighborhood! We’re so glad we stayed here vs the craziness of downtown Nashville; we walked to amazing restaurants, bars with live music, and shops daily, and had only a short Uber ride into downtown. Shane, Kate, & Cooper were also the best hosts— kind, accommodating, and detailed. We highly recommend staying here!!!"

"My impression is that this is a VRBO "in process." It was nice, clean and quiet but needs some care. The floors throughout where very bouncing and in the bedroom it felt in places like we might fall through. The living room needs a different couch set up as it was not easy to congregate on the couch set up. The kitchen chairs must be replaced, they actually hurt to set in as the seats were not good. Having said that, it's a great, quiet location by a lovely stream. Not as nice as expected, but...

"I brought my daughter for a fun, long weekend in Nashville for her birthday. Wanted a home base away from the downtown hype. This cabin was a great choice. Charming property with rustic feel. The roosters will crow early,but I am an early riser and didn’t mind 😊. My daughter loved the extra touches added to the cabin to celebrate her birthday. Very happy with my choice with this cabin and we would recommend to others visiting the area.. Thank you for a memorable trip!"
