「This is an adorable cabin and the customer service was great! Quick response to all inquiries. The only part that makes the review a bit negative is the state of the house. Two of the toilets were extremely difficult to flush and the dishwasher did not work. Some of the doors would not close because they are warped. I think the price was too high to have these issues. Loved the location and our group had a wonderful time in Berkeley Springs.」

We incorrectly assumed it was the owners' and that the garbage dumpster near the road was the one we were to use for our garbage.
