"Very disappointing. Neither air conditioner worked so the apartment was so cold that we had to sleep in our clothes to stay warm enough in Canberra’s freezing temperatures. There were numerous other maintenance issues that were not addressed during our stay, eg. holes in walls, plugs that didn’t hold water in the sinks, furniture stored in wardrobe, small insects throughout the apartment. A bit dated in areas and the shower in the ensuite was leaking.Living area doesn’t have enough seating for 14 people unless you want to sit at dining table all evening.But beds were comfortable and clean and there was sufficient bedding and blankets for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped. Check in process was easy and overall made for a very enjoyable stay "
