Awesome spot downtown. Walking distance to many great places. Great sushi restaurant right downstairs all in a beautiful 100 year old building.

Clean and comfortable

Great location. Close to lots of dining and entertainment. The wave’s restaurant on the ground floor was delicious. Very clean and comfortable. No complaints. Would definitely consider staying again.

Enjoyed my stay

Great location. I had a car only part of the time. Easy parking in the garage across the street. Walking to the center of the city was easy and a nice walk. Apartment was clean and comfortable and check in was super easy.

Overnight downtown

My daughter and I had a quick overnight stay. We enjoyed the central location, cleanliness, aesthetic and easy coffee setup. Towels were thick and clean. We parked in the Davenport tower and had breakfast at their Safari Room- also recommend.

Quiet and Fabulous!

Perfect weekend away from our crazy life! Quiet and beautiful. Everything we needed. Not too big and not too small, lots of daylight in the kitchen sitting area! The bedroom is wonderfully cozy and dark. Comfy bed and pillows. Any couple will love staying here!

Great Location

Great location to walk around downtown. Excellent apartment. Clean, modern. No dressers. Only closet space in case you stay longer than a week. But will be using this place again for sure.

Comedy Club nearby

I needed a fun get-away and downtown Spokane was perfect. The apartment is very conveniently located for walking everywhere in the core of downtown Spokane. The comedy club was close (and the show was just what the doctor ordered). Parking garage across the intersection was easy.

College baseball weekend

Great stay. It was clean and dark. Easy to sleep. We moved our car to the Davenport grande parking after having it at the parking diagonal to the property. The second option felt more secure. Overall would stay here again.

Clean and spacious, short walk to Riverfront Park

The rental was clean and had plenty of room. There was coffee provided, always a big plus for me! It was a short walk to Riverfront Park and the Convention Center (about 10 minutes). My Uber driver warned me that there were a lot of homeless people in the area but I felt safe, even when walking alone after dark. I would stay in this rental again if I come back to Spokane.

Great place to stop

My daughter and I stayed here for a night on a recent road trip. The area is a little difficult and parking options are limited (the suggested parking garage cost us $27.50 for one night!). The property itself was great though. Comfortable bed, nicely setup kitchen, good sized bathroom. Everything you need for a good night of rest!

This Roav managed apartment in downtown Spokane was just want we needed. The location is excellent – a quick walk to Riverside Park and other central Spokane attractions. Lots of great coffee shops, restaurants, shops and entertainment, all within easy walking distance. The apartment is cozy, with large windows in the living/kitchen area which let in lots of great light. The kitchen was well equipped. We particularly appreciated the nice electric kettle for making hot tea. Our host, Jake, was super helpful and responsive. The bulb in the bedside lamp was burned out and he had it replaced within a couple of hours of us reporting it. He was also great with instructions for checking in and out and accessing the building. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will look at staying here again when we return to Spokane.

The location was very convenient and close to downtown, which was a major plus. However, I was disappointed with the overall condition of the property.The air conditioning had a strong unpleasant odor during my stay, and I had to contact the host about the smell. The unit also did not seem to cool effectively. Additionally, the washer and dryer were difficult to use because parts appeared to be broken or coming loose, making laundry frustrating.I also did not find the property to be as clean as expected. While the location was excellent, cleanliness and maintenance issues significantly impacted my experience. I would recommend that future guests carefully consider these factors before booking.
