Recently remodeled, fully equipped, and full of fun - your groups is sure to make amazing memories here!

Step inside to a newly remodeled home featuring multiple spacious living areas—ideal for families, friends, or groups traveling together. Enjoy the modern kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and thoughtful touches throughout that make this home both stylish and welcoming.

Our home sits on a hill 200 ft above the Spokane River, with beautiful 180º panoramic views to the South. Unwind on the deck as you take in the sweeping views of the river and valley, or relax indoors with plenty of natural light and cozy gathering spaces. Whether you’re here for wine tasting, outdoor adventures, or a peaceful escape, this home provides the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and tranquility.

**Pet-Friendly Guidelines:**
We love dogs and being able to travel with them so we want to be able to provide that opportunity to our guests as well. We want to also be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and the home, so please read the rules below and make sure you will be able to follow them prior to booking:
- We do allow up to 2 dogs to stay in our home during a stay (no other pets allowed due to allergies). There is a $75 fee per dog when booking.
1. Clean up yard using provided scoop and bags
2. Potty-trained pets only; please clean accidents immediately
3. No unattended dogs; use provided kennel
4. Please do not allow dogs not on furniture to preserve property
5. Well-behaved dogs only; no aggressive behavior or excessive barking
