27 degrees at check in. Room stifling, no air conditioning, No refrigerator, no telephone to contact reception, room was in annexe so had to go downstairs and through carpark to reception to complain, told that swimming pool unavailable due to kids swimming lessons, tv didnt work for 2 days of stay due to pixelation , extract fan in bathroom didn’t work, mirror light above mirror in bathroom didn’t work. Food was good. £439 for two nights way overpriced for quality of the hotel.

Great location on the river.

Our check-in experience was great. Our hostess greeted us and got us checked in quickly. She helped re-arrange a taxi for one of our party whose flight got rescheduled. The apartment was spacious. The rooms were clean. The location was great for walking to the Ness Islands and for getting close to Inverness Castle, Inverness Cathedral and City Centre.

Some Staff were lovely but the Hotel was shabby dirty, room not serviced over 4 days and had to go down to get fresh towels each day.. it is terribly maintained and not worthy of 2 stars. Large bathroom but not a single place for toiletries, you had to straddle the toilet to use mirror light . Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Glasses sat outside room opposite for 3 days. Just ridiculously over priced for a very below basic hotel. We are pretty easy going but this hotel is shocking. Give it a huge miss.
