"Very nice staff. Clean rooms. Just small rooms and small beds. If your a couple it is tough to get a good night sleep. Rooms on road side are very loud with traffic and people."

"This is our go to hotel when we visit Newcastle a couple of times a year. All the staff are lovely and friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely and the beds are so comfortable. There is a choice of breakfast but we always have the buffet, which is included in the price, as we dont really like a fry in the morning. Cant wait to go back!"
