サウスウエスト ヴァージニアのプールのあるホテル

「Breakfast area too small」

「Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Only part that didn't look 100% clean was the hot tub. The water looked clean but there was a scum line around the inside by the water level. The pool didn't have a scum line at all. The hotel room was very clean. The breakfast was good and there were a lot of food options. We enjoyed our stay there.」

「Was given a dirty room.」

「The facility is conveniently located as well as well maintained and the staff was cordial and efficient. Will be staying there again soon.」

「Bed was very hard and extremely uncomfortable! I had to check out a day earlier because I couldn’t sleep」

「👍」

「Great management at this establishment definitely worth the drive to get away from the Bristol Fairfield Inn. Everything was clean property was well maintained staff and management were very knowledgeable thanks again」

「Nicely remodeled hotel. Beds comfy and very clean. Rooms are small hard to find a place to sit our suitcases but we just put them in the hall by the door. Very limited breakfast, bagels and muffins, cereal and plain vanilla yogurt with toppings. It was enough to get us going for the day.」

「We just needed a place to lay our heads down from a long trip. We were hesitant due to bad experiences with hotels but this one was extremely clean. No carpet in the rooms. Staff was helpful and all the travelers were very kind. We would definitely stay again.」

「The floor in the room was dirty. The sheets on the bed were worn out.. I had ask to have my room refreshed on my second day there and it was not done. I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels so I could take a shower. The first night I was there my service dog had to go to pee at 2:30am. When I went down the back door was blocked open.with a small rock.」

「Beautiful hotel. Enjoyed the roof top restaurant & bar area. Would have enjoyed restaurant offering breakfast & lunch… that would have put the stay over the top. The lobby area did offer sandwich, croissant type breakfast and coffee - pay as you go. However, very limited offerings. Meanwhile, a conference was taking place near elevators. They had a full breakfast buffet set up… smelled delicious but not offered to general guests.」
