"My husband and I stayed at the Inn at 500 for our 10th anniversary, and it was nothing short of magical. We have a longer trip planned for later this year, but we still wanted to mark the actual day with something special—and this hotel delivered beyond our wildest dreams. ​I called the day before to see if I could drop off a few surprises for the room, and the front desk staff were incredibly sweet and accommodating. However, the biggest surprise was waiting for both of us: they upgraded us to a stunning suite with a breathtaking view. Honestly, we were both moved to tears by the gesture. ​The room was gorgeous, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. We’ve already decided to make this a semi-annual tradition every six months and we can’t wait to bring our pups along next time! Thank you, Inn at 500, for making our milestone so unforgettable."

"The staff were friendly and our room was clean! We didn’t use the pool facilities but the breakfast was good for a continental breakfast. The parking lot could use another couple lights. "

"Everything was great. The ONLY thing that I need to mention is that staff needs to be trained on what you can ask and not ask when it comes to medical conditions. I told the front desk at check in that I had a medical assist dog, and the proceed to ask me questions. They asked if he is ADA or AMA. I told him ADA, and he asked me what the medical condition was. "
