Apartments in Southwest Colorado for Rent

"Perfect rental for CT and CDT hikers!"

"Overnight stay from Phoenix area. Nice stay, comfortable. Location was close to Black Canyon National Park. We would stay there again!"

"Great condo with a great view!"

"We loved our stay and would stay again. Well appointed studio is comfortable for two. Location is less than one block from the gondola, ski rental, and two breweries and a short walk to all things wonderful about Telluride Main St."

"Great place easy walk to lifts"

"Please keep the "blue collar" rates for future stays. VERY reasonable price for accommodations, amenities, convenience, & location ... all of which were truly WHITE COLL.AR, making our experience even more enjoyable in Telluride. Will & Kimberly"

"Online pictures and description painted picture of spacious 0one room condo. This is tight 2 queen hotel room. No soap in bathroom. Tv nonfunctional that after second call property engineer got working. “Walk to gondola” I guess if you are into long walks. There was a shuttle. Online says parking spot but we were told it was 100% valet only which was a hassle."

"The property is definitely small but ultimately plenty big for two people looking for a place to sleep after a day of exploring! Bathroom was surprisingly big compared to the rest of the space. We appreciated the snacks and drinks waiting for us when we got there and the location is perfect for easy walking access to Main Street."

"Clean, and spacious, with an amazing view."

"Absolutely loved staying here. The Loft was super comfortable with plenty of room for 6+ people. The management was very friendly and attentive. We will be back! "
