"The staff was amazing."

"Island House is conveniently located, and from the outside the aesthetic is decent. The inside could use improvement; the rooms are semi upgraded. Bathrooms are relatively new, but the rooms still have popcorn ceilings, carpet, and box air conditioning. The walls are so thin, you can hear your neighboring guest cough. The staff was very pleasant and friendly, but the Hilton is wasting a superb beachfront property by skimping on the renovations. "

"This hotel had amazing customer service that it was unbelievably. Every employee had a smile on their face and was ready to help with any problem. I have never seen a staff go above and beyond like they did. Every employee that I engaged with was friendly. Hats off to the hiring manager for picking great people! The hotel rooms were amazing as well. the hotel was so clean and nice. I left with a smile on my face. The only negatives about this hotel was the pool was cold but that wasnt a big deal...

Sno-cones every afternoon. Coffee/hot tea all day. 6 floors, 2 elevators, on the beach. Rooms are small but shower was spacious. Balcony only wide enough to stand (no chairs - unless your room is on the end, balcony is bigger with seating). Not a lot of storage for clothing or food,...
