「Bathroom needs some updating. A little mold around shower doors. The room had a slightly musty smell. Not a fan of the pillows. Overall the room was adequate. We have stayed there multiple times previously and just think it needs a little updating.」
「Room was clean but management could be better. They left only one staff to manage the hotel. So she was obviously overwhelmed. My bathroom did not have shower curtain and I was asked to install it myself, which I declined due to my bad shoulder and simply because that’s not what I came here for. She eventually helped me out.
They need to manage the place better with more staffing so one person isn’t forced to play every role.」
