「The Hosts checked in on us ahead of arrival which was appreciated. The location was perfect for our stay and the building was very quiet which suited us perfectly, much better than a hotel! We had everything we needed for our stay.」

「Love the location , we always try to stay at the Royal Palms , so close to the pier . Love the view from balcony. The water was perfect and clear this trip . The pool, hot tub and grill area was nice to use and well maintained. My husband loves the outside swing . I have attached some photos from our balcony and some pics of the pretty water , we was there Labor Day weekend 2025. 」

「Nice view of the beach. It was a LONG walk to our room from the elevators. We definitely got our steps in, since we were on the complete opposite end of the bldg. Studio Apt was nice but exactly that. If you need space amongst your party this isn't the rental for you. It was very clean and fully stocked of any appliance you might need. The bathroom is small so if you are a larger person, again this isn't the rental for you. It was perfect for 2 ppl, it says it will sleep 4 but it would be a...

「The property was clean, safe, and secure. Very nice property and communication with the owners was easy. They were very helpful and answered any questions we had in an extremely timely manner. We never had to wait for a response. The property is in a great location near grocery stores, restaurants, etc., which made it quick and easy to get any food or items that we needed without having to travel far from the property. 」

「I utilized the space during a business trip. The neighborhood is very nice, active, yet quiet and quaint. The area of the studio apartment is enriched with nature, so you can expect to see a few flying bugs, but for the location such a sight is to be expected. I’d say my only challenge was locking and unlocking the door, the lock is quite difficult to maneuver. And with the key ring being so thin, it caused a moment of panic because the key fell off of the ring; so maybe a thicker metal ring....

「The property had broken boards along the walkway. This was unsafe for everyone. The patio furniture had broken arm rails! The back yard pool was not in use and this was inconvenient. The couch was stained and dirty. The only positive was the place was clean in the sleeping areas with clean bed linens and plenty of towels were provided for our use. 」
