「We had an enjoyable stay. Brett, the host was an excellent communicator and always available if required.. Flat was very clean and warm. Facilities were very good. Location was ideal, approximately 5 min walk into centre. We would not hesitate to stay again.」

「Everything was excellent. There was one issue with a noisy water pump that was fixed promptly as soon as we brought it to our host's attention. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Southport. Parking would possibly be a little tight if all the spaces were in use and your vehicle was large. Location is good: quiet but within easy walking distance of town. Eateries very close indeed.」

「Arrived at 5pm & looked ok but that did last for long as on inspection of the room the previous male guest had put body fluid on the wall & not been noticed by the cleaners. I complained to the manager & had to wait till after 12am(Midnight) for another room. Expected a swimming pool but the pool is been refurbished..(Not in advert) Some hallways stunk of cannabis.(So much for the non smoking policy) Really needs a massive paint job outside as it looks like Munsters castle and nothing like the...

「We did not stay in the property after viewing it as we judged it to be not up to standard. We recommend the owners do the following before considering letting it again:- attend to mould issues (bedroom wall, kitchen)- clear up and ensure safety of outside space (clean up cigarette stubs, remove dangerous wood and rubble)- provide a blind or curtain in the bathroom for privacy- ensure kitchen is better presented and equipped (replace missing cupboard doors, provide microwave)- ensure cleanliness...

「The owner/manager Alan was ever so nice and helpful. Narrow staircase going up but doable, to very nice large living room. Nice kitchen with all needed appliances included.」
