The noise in the neighboring room bothered me a little.

Hope you don’t have any plans day of check in. Took over 2hrs to get into our room. Floor was wet we was late to our engagement. Paid way to much for our experience.

The staff could not have been nicer, and honestly, their management left them with a terrible situation with unsafe 98 degree weather and a failing AC and a lack of fans. We had to move rooms and it was still 80 degrees in our new room. They didn’t have enough fans, which is not ok. They did find me an AC window but the very kind maintenance couldn’t get the window in the bedroom which is another layer of unsafe condition in a fire. Scary situation TBH. The hotel has quaint potential but is in desperate need of a serious renovation and it is unethical to charge the amount they do without basic working amenities like AC and unsafe living conditions. Maybe in the winter but I would skip the summer. It’s simply not safe. For full disclosure, the management is refunding part of my stay, which is appreciated but does not resolve the overall issue.

チェックインの対応の早さ、部屋の清潔さ、コメリカパークへの近さ等、十分に満足のいくものでした。近隣の道路が工事中で閉鎖されていた為、到着に時間を要して迷いましたが、快適なホテルで安心しました。
