Every single staff member I dealt with at the front desk and on the phone was so kind and extremely pleasant to deal with. As a solo traveler, this also gave me a feeling of safety which I truly appreciate. The rooms may be slightly outdated, but was clean and comfortable for a one night stay. The mattress was a bit softer than I prefer, but the A/C ran great and I slept like a baby all night with zero disturbance....

「Room smelled disgustingly moldy」

「I drove by last year while headed to another motel that I had made the wrong selection - the Brittany looked clean and well maintained and the lot was full. I stayed there this year and it met my expectations. It was very clean, well maintained, nicely appointed and an excellent value. The other guests (the lot was full again) were courteous. The only issue I had was with the check in instructions. IMHO there were too many too early on and they were too long. And when check in finally came,...
