「Catherine contacted me immediately that the studio I had rented was not available but that we could have the adjacent house instead. She moved heaven and earth to make sure we had a king bed ( which is what we wanted). She was very attentive and accommodating. 」

「This rental perfectly met our short term rental needs. Our two dogs enjoyed the spacious yard and we enjoyed the charms of an older home. Host was very flexible and responded timely to any inquiries. Would recommend.」

「The place was super easy to access and clean. We were just staying for one week night and didn't use the kitchen, so I can't speak to that. I recommend packing noise-canceling headphones for anyone who will be staying in the front bedroom (with the green carpet). Someone else in the building woke us up around 1:30am and was listening to something loud above us, so we ended up moving to the back bedroom. If you need all three bedrooms, though, you may need something to block out noise. 」
