A Very Pleasant Stay in Milan
I really enjoyed my stay at Uptown Palace. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay, and the location is very convenient, with the underground just a few minutes’ walk away.
I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The restaurant is on the 13th floor and has glass windows all around, so you get beautiful views across Milan while having breakfast. It was a lovely way to start the day and definitely one of the things I enjoyed most about the hotel.
Overall, I had a very nice stay and would definitely choose Uptown Palace again the next time I’m in Milan. A good hotel, convenient location and a really enjoyable breakfast experience.

Reception very good and helpful. If you have a car and only dropping off luggage you must pay daily 7.50euros fee to City for ztl access which is unacceptable. Parking available but expensive if required. Location is excellent. Breakfast very good. Classic Room was a little dated and tired. Room light switches were confusing. Lighting in room was dull and not sufficient. This room is too small and does not accommodate well, 2 large travel bags. Bath tub showers are small and not safe for elderly use.
Overall a good choice for tourist accommodation location.
