「This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. 「Make sure to go right next to the apartment to check in! There's a big sign that says San Carlo Hotel - you check in there for the apartment. Clean, big, has AC, very close to everything. Very good for the price.」

「We arrived to Zermatt early and tried to leave our luggage’s so we can hike early but it wasn’t clear where the drop off. Tried to phone supplier at the Expedia portal and phone number wasn’t working when tried to call for help to check in. We walked to the the nearest lockers so we can may use the company to store our luggage and it wasn’t open yet. They advise to go back and ask the hotel accross the street.
