The staff is very pleasant and helpful (in fact, I turned to my daughter as told her I felt I was in Canada everyone was so nice). An extra plus that others may not find very exciting, but there were three different coffee mug sizes to chose from at breakfast. I loved that minor touch. Will continue to come here and future trips."

"Ashland has great dining, cute shops, and live theater. The hotel is located right in the middle of everything. We never needed the car. The hotel is quaint and sweet, and very clean. But the room was too small. Hard to find place to put our stuff. The staff and service got the job done but were not super friendly. "
