「I’m just not happy with the amenities. Needs to upgrade 」

「It was a good nights sleep.」

「The on-site customer service was non existent. Our room was disgusting. We couldn’t check in until late the first night, and had been driving for 12 hours so we stayed anyway because with Mardi Gras, other hotels were booked up. We requested room service on morning 2 and came back to the same filthy room, dirty sheets included. We will not be returning. 」

「Was given a room key and when I got to the room it clearly hadn’t been cleaned; the bed was not made and there were no towels or toilet paper. Went to front desk and the male attendant said “oh”. No apology or anything. Rooms were not clean. Lots of women’s hair everywhere including on the towels and sheets. Toe nail clippings in front of the door. Ew. 」

「The entire facility smelled like mold and smoke. My room smelled like urine and smoke. The towels were dirty. The toilet had menstrual blood on it. It was horrible. The orher hotels in the area provided the same Unsatisfactory. Next time i will stay in Lafayette. 」
