「We only stayed 1 night (for the Fairhope Arts & Crafts Festival), as we booked last minute and this was the only hotel with a room left. For the price, it satisfied us. The 2 outdoor seating areas were nice to have a drink in the evening. We did not use the pool, but it looked well-maintained. The included continental breakfast was very convenient and we appreciated that. 」

「I walked in at 8 pm and the front desk staff told me that they had no clean rooms and they don't know when they will be cleaned. I asked if there was an ETA and she said no, without any apology. She told me to cancel my reservation with the 3rd party, so I reached out via chat to that one and asked to speak with a manager. She said there were no managers on site. A manager was called and the front desk person briefly explained the issue, and the manager instructed her to kick me out because...
