"Bed was comfy but crazy squeaky! Big spacious room with fridge n couch. Towel hanger fell off door. Food at their bar restaurant was lousy n service was slow even though not very busy. Free hit Hot breakfast was mediocre as most places are. Water pressure in the shower was terrible! Pools were decent. Good location close to Disney resorts but no shuttles to any of them. Can walk to Walmart n Starbucks n a few other conveniences which was nice. "

"Loved that we had a top floor, the views were nice and the screened porch. Sadly there was a lot of dead foliage at the resort from recent freeze. Not the resorts fault, but I image it would have been more beautiful. The grounds were very nice otherwise. Time will likely allow for regrowth or replacement. I appreciated that the staff were around, but not intrusive to the stay. Available if you needed them, otherwise just a presence. Small wish, that there was a small bar of soap or container of hand soap by the bathroom sinks. I didn’t have any and so I used the shower gel, in another toilet space- just a small inconvenience that could probably be easily remedied. I should have asked, but didn’t. It was nice to have provided laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap. Went home with clean clothes. The resort was lively, had good amenities, but not overcrowded, which was nice. Music at pools was a good mix. Overall very nice place for the value. "
