"Calvin at the front desk was professional, kind, and helpful. All of our needs were met and we were pleased. The only few things I would comment on- our keycard was deactivated before checkout time, breakfast needs more staff to keep food, toppings, utensils replenished as well as cleaning tables and chairs between families. The pool bar prices seems very high with a 20% service charge and tax as well as the convenience items in the hotel lobby. For a higher end value hotel a few adjustments and there would be no complaints. We just ordered groceries to be delivered to the hotel to avoid unnecessary expenses. If the "

"Stayed at Park Central South Beach and honestly, the experience was frustrating despite some decent aspects. The first shock was that there is no elevator in Building 2. This is something that should absolutely be disclosed upfront. To make things worse, there is only one luggage trolley, so I had to wait nearly 20 minutes after check-in just to get it—and still ended up carrying some of my luggage up two floors. The biggest issue, however, was the valet service. Checkout was at 11 AM, and I requested my car at 11:05. I was told it would take 15–20 minutes, which is reasonable—but I didn’t receive my car until 1 PM. That’s almost a 2-hour wait, with zero proactive communication. What made it worse was the front desk attitude. Instead of acknowledging the delay or helping, I was told it was my responsibility to plan accordingly. That’s unacceptable, especially when traveling with a baby and trying to make it to the airport on time. Overall, the lack of transparency, poor logistics, and indifferent customer service overshadowed everything else. Good luck to anyone staying here—be prepared for unnecessary stress, especially during checkout."

"The arrival to the resort and checking in area is beautiful. The only problem are the rooms. Very outdated, bathrooms are honestly disgusting had to shower with sandals on. Bath tub was clogged, bathroom sink was clogged complained to front desk did nothing. Main bedroom had a hole in the ceiling. Pool area was nice, the staff is very friendly. "

"Both pools were crowded so we didn't get seats. Our room was next to the pool on the 2nd floor and at night time the parties would start in the pool cabanas. We had to call and complain every night we were there. The noise would stop and then start up again shortly after. If it weren't for that, the stay would have been better. "

"Breakfast was good, and the food fresh. The staff was super, very helpful and happy to solve a problem. They wer helpful in moving my room to another room when a problem was presented. The condition of the room was poor and not cleaned. "
