"It was a beautiful hotel but they only cleaned my room 1 time for the 7 days I was there! I called front desk and asked they said they were gonna take care of it and never did "

"We utilized this hotel for one day before our cruise ship departure and then for one day on our return trip. The facility was kind of stale smelling, and I was very disappointed in the on-site café, but the room was very large. It was comfortable and it served its purpose, the complementary transportation to and from the airport as well as to and from the cruise port for our main reasons for staying that in price it was the most economical of the surrounding hotels that was in a good area."
