「Reno attempts were admirable but the building is rough and the transients in the parking lot don’t help. Need more than 1 elevator if you can’t keep the one working. We lugged a LOT of heavy suitcases down the stairs. Took almost an hour to get car loaded. Saying breakfast is at 6 but then putting a sign up and not having it ready until 7 just seems like you are trying to scam money.
