"Room wasn't very clean, but no issues. Side door to the hotel that you have to use a card to get in wasn't locked either. "

"Very genial staff here! This is a motel on a very main road. Room was clean, there were overhead bedside lights and standing bedside lamps that did not work - these should/can be removed. Bathroom was clean and necessary items were provided. Towels are very thin and the size would not benefit a larger person. Requested dining options and was given three, two almost adjacent to the Inn, Mexican and Italian. The third, a steakhouse, was recommended as a drive to option. Not quite a mile, it would be an easy walk for more than a solo traveler for company. The neighborhood behind the Inn provided a good opportunity for an after dinner walk. Parking is not always adjacent to each room, but the parking spot I drove into happened to be one of three that provided easy access to the assigned room. There is parking behind the property and access to the rooms is easy. I can recommend this spot for a budget stop in Roswell. Unfortunately, timing did not allow me the standard tourist visits. "

"A very clean hotel and friendly staff!!! Leanne checked us in, she was professional and very kind!! also kind to our dog and offered her a treat ( little touches are important)Nice room, very clean and spacious breakfast area( the young man in charge of maintaining it was doing a great job in keeping it clean and well stocked ) the pool area was very nicely set up and clean. Easy parking and plenty of restaurants around. We definitely recommend this location 👍"

"The pool is green! The back door don't lock dirty all around to the point me and my family walk in and out. Book a different hotel and check out being told we were getting a refund well it's now almost 2 months and still no refund"

"Our “classic” room faced the morning sun, and the pull-down shade did little to stop the room from lighting up at sunrise. Surely they could have invested in some blackout curtains. The combination of rain showerhead and low water pressure was unsatisfying, along with whatever that gunk was that was causing the bathtub to drain so slowly. But the big problem arose with the meals. Guests are supposed to enjoy a complimentary full-scale breakfast on the weekends. When we checked in, we were told that because they were having a Mother’s Day brunch at 11 AM (which we were not made aware of in advance), they were only going to hand out a breakfast burrito to guests that morning. I booked a table at their”Eighteen99” restaurant for 7:45 PM. Our server was friendly but clumsy and forgetful. The highlight of the dinner was the crab cake appetizer; unfortunately, it took 35 minutes to arrive. I ordered the $60 elk dinner. The preparation looked like it had been slapped together – – a barely seasoned boiled potato, quarter of an onion wedge, and meat that was overcooked (but not inedible) and a little bit of salty au jus on the side. During the meal, I asked our waiter about the absence of bread service, which seemed unusual for a restaurant of this kind. He gasped and said he completely forgot, and brought us each a tiny roll. We were told that half of their four dessert offerings were unavailable, and when I asked for a refill of iced tea, I was told that they also ran out of that!"
