"I don’t know if I just got the bad room or what experience the others have had that it was rated so high. I got a suite and decided on the first floor. The room is ok. The balcony is unusable due to the buildup of bird poop (not a couple days worth). The room and TVs are old and need updating. The AC unit in the room was so loud you had to choose between running it and sleeping. The bed was way too firm (opinion). Our sheets had stains on them when we got there. The breakfast that everyone raved about was just a hotel breakfast. Luke warm sausage and eggs. Basic stuff and an ok hotel but definitely not worth $200 a night."

"The kids loved the house and pool. The house looks just like the listing and was clean (except old bottles and chip bags found under the beds when I was cleaning, which were not ours). However, the downstairs heater was not working and it got down to 53 our 2nd night and the kids were extremely cold. The pool table is not playable as it is broken, torn up, and wobbly. And you need muscle to open and close the door to the swimming pool. We had a great time regardless and it's a birthday my daughter and her friends will not soon forget!"

"The good: check-in was easy, the hot tub was nice, and the house was clean.The bad: pictures were apparently all from before the wildfires, so the views were extremely disappointing. Very misleading to not update the pictures. Also the listing misrepresented the house with pictures of a fireplace that is no longer there. Additionally, the grill looked about 15 years old and was completely broken (door fell off, the knobs were broken, and it would not start... not to mention we had to replace an empty propane tank from the garage for our first attempted use). Also, the dishwasher soap latch was broken so I can't imagine people are getting the dishes very clean. Lastly, this was a small point, but they don't have their own trash bin near the property.... you have to drag your trash bags down the street to take it out."

"The location was good and living room was nice for game nights. Host was quick with responses and good communication. Stove and microwave were new and great but there was a lot of down sides to the rest of our stay. The hot tub was extremely dirty as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We had to purchase our own nets to clean it ourselves and the chlorine was crystallized at the bottom. There was some water damage and mold on the roof. 2 out of 6 smoke detectors worked. There wasn’t any baking sheets. Each trash can only had one trash bag. There multiple chairs that were broken. There was food on the rug and weird smell when we walked in. The floors in the rooms are creaky. Sheets needed to be cleaned. Dishes had food residue before we used them. Needs more towels and toilet paper. Floors were dirty and there was a lot of dust especially on the fans. I’m not one to give bad reviews but friends and I weren’t satisfied. The house just needs some extra attention. "

"The property was nice however there was pee on different parts of several pieces of furniture and the carpet was terribly stained. Also the hot tub seemed to not be functioning correctly. The jets weren’t as great as I felt they could’ve been. We did love the pool table and the quietness of the neighborhood."
